If shipping via AUS POST International - Once your package has been shipped out of Australia and into your country - the package will then be handled by the relevant postage service of your country. You can use the same tracking number from Australia Post for national service.

All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In instances where the duties and taxes are refused, and the parcel is returned to KOURH a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend contacting the custom office of your country for further information as KOURH is not able to estimate the duties or taxes that may be incurred.

Lost Packages in Transit: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, it is crucial to take immediate action. Please contact us without delay so that we can assist you in starting the claims process. Additionally, we kindly request that you also get in touch with our designated shipping provider to initiate their claim procedure. Collaboratively, we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
Stolen Packages at Delivery Address: Please be aware that any package stolen from your delivery address is beyond our control and responsibility. While we make every effort to ensure safe and secure delivery, we cannot be held liable for theft incidents once the package has been successfully delivered. We recommend taking necessary precautions to safeguard your deliveries and ensure they are delivered to a location where such incidents are less likely to occur.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return,
- You have 14 days from receipt of your items to request the return;
- Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging;
- Item must be sent back withIn 72hr of return request.
- Must send tracking number.

Please note we do not cover the costs to send the items back to us. We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.
Once returned item(s) have been received they will be assessed to ensure they comply with our returns policy and then processed within 3 business days(excluding public holidays) Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) UTC+11:00. You will either receive your refund (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Successful returns can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your account due to variable processing between payment providers.

KOURH reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers orders due to pricing errors (or for any reason). You will be advised prior to cancellation.
Jewellery
For health and safety precautions, we do not accept refunds on any earrings unless deemed faulty.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer online exchanges, we recommend repurchasing your item to secure your desired size and style, once your return is received you will be entitled to a full refund. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your original order back to us.
