INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY NOTESAll international shipments are sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). This means that any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes for your order are already included in the purchase price or shipping fee at checkout. You will not be required to pay additional duties upon delivery.
KOURH covers the cost of duties and taxes on your behalf to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience. The total amount you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
If a parcel is refused for reasons unrelated to duties or taxes (such as incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery), the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Pre - Orders
Please note that if you placed an "in stock" order which includes a pre-order item, the whole order will be shipped out together, once the pre-order item has arrived to us at our warehouse. We do not split orders once they have been placed. If you want your 'in stock' and available item to be shipped straight away, Please place order separately.
Lost Packages in Transit: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, it is crucial to take immediate action. Please contact us without delay so that we can assist you in starting the claims process. Additionally, we kindly request that you also get in touch with our designated shipping provider to initiate their claim procedure. Collaboratively, we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
Stolen Packages at Delivery Address: Please be aware that any package stolen from your delivery address is beyond our control and responsibility. While we make every effort to ensure safe and secure delivery, we cannot be held liable for theft incidents once the package has been successfully delivered.
