Any items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale are considered Final Price and are not eligible for return or refund.

We accept return requests for all full-priced items within 14 days of receipt of the order. To request a return, access our Returns Portal above.
To be eligible for a return:
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return through our Returns Portal.
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn and unused, with tags and in original packaging.
- Item must be sent back withIn 72 hours of return request.
- Tracking number must be provided.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning items. We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment as we do not accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once returned items have been received, they will be assessed to ensure they comply with our returns policy and a refund will be processed within 3 business days.
You will receive your refund to the original method of payment used for purchase. The final amount excludes the original shipping cost. Successful returns can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your account due processing times from payment providers.
Exchanges
We do not offer online exchanges and instead recommend repurchasing the correct item and returning the original item for a full refund.
US Orders
All prices shown for US customers are inclusive of duties and taxes. Approved returns are refunded in full.
UK, EU & Rest of the world
All international orders are sent with Delivery Duties Unpaid, duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Approved returns will receive a refund for the product price only.
Swim
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swim bottoms and one pieces.

Damage & Defects
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
