Returns

We accept returns on full priced items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please use our Returns Portal.To be eligible for a return:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Returns must be shipped within 72 hours of approval
  • A valid tracking number must be provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be assessed against our policy. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
To secure your preferred size or style, please place a new order and return your original item for a full refund.

Swim

For hygiene reasons & regulations, swim bottoms and one pieces cannot be returned.We recommend reviewing our size guide before purchasing. If you need assistance, contact us at info@kourh.co

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

 

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
