Any items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale are considered Final price and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty we will issue you a new garment. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, 
- You have 14 days from receipt of your items to request the return;
- Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging;
- Item must be sent back withIn 72hr of return request.
- Must send tracking number.
- International Orders All international prices shown are duty paid – this means import duties and taxes are already included in the total you pay. These charges are remitted directly to customs on your behalf and are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Please note we do not cover the costs to send the items back to us. We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.
Once returned item(s) have been received they will be assessed to ensure they comply with our returns policy and then processed within 3 business days(excluding public holidays) Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) UTC+11:00. You will either receive your refund (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Successful returns can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your account due to variable processing between payment providers.
For all international orders, taxes and duties will be deducted from your refund

KOURH reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers orders due to pricing errors (or for any reason). You will be advised prior to cancellation.
Exchanges
We do not offer online exchanges, we recommend repurchasing your item to secure your desired size and style, once your return is received you will be entitled to a full refund. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your original order back to us.
International Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that import duties, tariffs, and taxes are prepaid to customs on your behalf and are already included in the price you paid at checkout.
As these charges are remitted directly to customs authorities and are non-recoverable, duties and taxes cannot be refunded in the event of a return.
For approved returns, we will refund the product price (excluding duties/taxes and shipping costs) or offer store credit for the full product value.
We strongly recommend checking size guides or reaching out to our team before purchasing, as international duties are significant and non-refundable.
International Returns
All prices paid at checkout include prepaid import duties and taxes. These charges are sent directly to customs at the time of import.
Because they are non-recoverable, duties and taxes are not refunded on returned items. You will be refunded the product price only.
Example: If you paid $100USD total, and $30USD of this was customs duty/tax, your refund will be $70.

Swim bottoms | One Pieces
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on swim bottom's or one pieces.

For health and safety precautions, we do not accept refunds on any earrings unless deemed faulty.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
